I finally bought the same item from Frys and I was very pleased so far. It's fast and quiet.
Let me share my test with Amazon.com and maybe I can some advice. I bought it directly from Amazon Store (not a store affiliate) and received a wrong item. Inside the Box HP correct, I found an old Dell desktop with a mouse or keyboard. I returned the wrong item with Amazon issued by the shipping label.
A week later I received an email from Amazon indicating I had a bad article. I called twice to tell them that I sent a wrong item to begin. Amazon 3 emails in essence, denied having sent a wrong item, and will not change his mind. They send the wrong item to me. I submitted a complaint through BBB and Amazon have said the same thing. I submitted a new complaint with the FTC.
It was a nightmare for me. I think someone has stolen the HP and put on an old computer with no value to Amazon or HP storage. Now, you might think that they are cheating. This would be an insult. [...]
